Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant – London
At Jubilee Hospitality, we are seeking a dedicated Hospitality & Events Manager to support the operations of our Hospitality Recruitment desk.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our London team, liaising with clients, recruiting staff, and coordinating logistics for events.
Position Highlights:
- Opportunity to develop into a successful recruiter within a well-established team.
- Base salary of approximately £27,000 + uncapped bonus.
- Potential earnings between £35,000 and £55,000+ upon full establishment.
- Monday to Friday office hours.
- Occasional on-call duties, averaging one week every two months on a rota basis.
- Join a company with 20 years of experience supporting hospitality clients across the UK.
- Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) plus approximately 5 additional days annually for on-call time.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A genuine passion for the Hospitality & Events industry.
- Experience at supervisory or managerial level within hospitality.
- Valid driving license and own transportation.
