Hospitality & Events Recruitment Consultant in London
At Jubilee Hospitality, we are seeking a dedicated Hospitality & Events Manager to support our Hospitality Recruitment desk.
The ideal candidate will be part of our London team, liaising with clients, recruiting staff, and managing logistics for events.
Compensation: £27,000 – £30,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped commission.
This role is suitable for individuals with supervisory or managerial experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Contract Catering, or Events.
Highlights:
- Opportunity to develop into a successful recruiter within a well-established team.
- Base salary of approximately £27,000 + uncapped bonuses.
- Potential earnings between £35,000 and £55,000+ once fully established.
- Monday to Friday office hours.
- Occasional on-call hours, approximately 1 week every 2 months on a rota basis.
- Join a company with 20 years of experience supporting hospitality clients across the UK.
- Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) plus about 5 additional days per year for on-call time.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A genuine passion for the Hospitality & Events industry.
- Supervisory or managerial experience within the Hospitality sector.
- Must possess a driving license and own transport.
