With great culinary skills already in place in the kitchen team, menu’s written, and suppliers taken care of, the ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about leading and motivating a kitchen team on a day-to-day basis to ensure a successful and consistent service. If your preference is to have input and creativity on the menu; this is absolutely available, but by no means a set requirement of the candidate.

Nestled under Carningli (Mountain of the Angels), on the Nevern estuary, and within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, you’ll find breath-taking beaches, rivers, woods, and mountains all a stone’s throw from your door.

• Paying a salary of around £38,000 – negotiated on experience.
