We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that needs to work around the school run or at the early stages of their culinary career.

Responsibilities of Commis Chef
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of fresh food items
- Support senior chefs with daily food production
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety (HACCP compliance)
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations
- Assist with stock rotation and correct storage procedures
About you
- Previous kitchen experience in B & I preferred
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Level 2 Food Safety desirable)
