CVLife are looking for 2 zero hour Café Host / Food and Beverage Assistant for our Café at the Alan Higgs Centre. You and your colleagues will set the scene to deliver a truly memorable customer experience. We want everyone who visits to be treated as an individual, and for our staff to take immense pride in delivering a warm and welcoming personalised service. You will work as a small team ensuring our customers experience the ‘wow factor’ every time they visit.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Having excellent product knowledge and confidence to link sell, up sell and promote additional food and drink items.
- Preparing and serving food and drinks as required.
- Operating the till in line with cash handling procedures.
- Maintaining health, safety and cleanliness standards.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role preferably in hospitality, but above all what’s important to us is your eagerness to learn and deliver exceptional customer service.
