CVLife are looking for a Café Host for our Café at the Wave Waterpark.
You and your colleagues will set the scene to deliver a truly memorable customer experience.
We want everyone who visits to be treated as an individual, and for our staff to take immense pride in delivering a warm and welcoming personalised service.
Responsibilities of the
Role: Delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Having excellent product knowledge and confidence to link sell, up sell and promote additional food and drink items.
Preparing and serving food and drinks as required.
Operating the till in line with cash handling procedures.
Maintaining health, safety and cleanliness standards.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role preferably in hospitality, but above all what’s important to us is your eagerness to learn and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ideally, you will hold a valid food and hygiene qualification, however, If the successful candidate does not have one, we can provide a course for them.
There are 2 positions available with different working patterns during term time and school holidays: Position 1: 9.5 hours term time, 30 hours school holidays Position 2: 9.5 hours term time, 24 hours school holidays Shifts will be worked on a rota basis.
