Yard Operative

Yard Operative Job Role Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer near Stamford. They are currently seeking a yard operative to join their established and experienced team. Job Responsibilities Keep the workshop and depot site in a clean and tidy condition. To assist with loading/unloading vehicles and checking against paperwork. In this role you will be working with maintenance colleagues where teamwork will be just as important as the ability to work unsupervised. To assist staff with tasks as instructed, i.e. lifting, moving, in the workshop or on-site. Help out in the Workshop if required Person Specification Full UK Driving license Good communication skills You will need the ability to prioritise duties Forklift counterbalance license is essential Hours of Work and Pay £12.50/hour 7:30am – 4:30pm Mon to Thurs. 7:30am – 11:30pm Friday 38 hours per week.
