Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hybrid WSU supporting both parts and service duties at our Lincoln depot. Working alongside our current parts and service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties supporting these two functions. From organising parts and arranging the pre-pick process to ensuring the customer is kept up to date with vehicle repairs, ensuring the main dealer way of working is followed. You must be a great team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.00am until 17.00pm. Office based position.

Requirements:

  • As a workshop support unit administrator, you must have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team.
  • Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be a distinct advantage; however, full training will be provided.
  • Communication both internal and external is key within this role.
