Workshop Operative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled workshop operative to join our clients dynamic team. This role involves working with hand tools, and fabricating parts, contributing to the production and assembly of high-quality products. Pay: £14.85 per hour which includes weekly attendance bonus. Hours: Monday to Thursday 0800 – 1700, Friday 0800 – 1400. Day to Day responsibilities: * Machining of materials to sizes and assembling accurately * Competent use of machinery such as machine and manual saws, nail guns and more tools associated with carpentry * Interpret drawings and cutting sheets * Ensure safe working environment * Some heavy lifting involved To secure this position, you must have previous workshop/assembly experience, be confident with machinery/tools and be able to work practically and proactive alone as well as in a team.
