This is a role where you will be providing administrative support to this company's fleet of commercial vehicles. The fleet is a diverse one that will include HGVs, Refuse Vehicles, Gritters, Sweepers etc. The main remit will be to ensure the smooth running of the workshop from an administrative perspective.
Your days will be varied and your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Raising job cards
- Chasing Repairs
- Scheduling 6 weekly inspections, MOTs, routine servicing, reactive maintenance
- Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure the correct parts and consumables are assigned to the correct jobs
Communication skills are key to this role as you will have extensive dealings with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Working with database/systems (CRM)
