We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage integrations between Workday and other systems. This role is essential for ensuring seamless data flow, system efficiency, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Integration & Design β Architect and develop Workday integrations, including data mapping and validation.
- Integration Development & Implementation β Lead the full lifecycle of Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, APIs, and Core Connectors.
- Project Leadership β Manage integration projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Technical Expertise β Provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration β Work with teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimization & Maintenance β Maintain, enhance, and automate existing integrations for improved efficiency.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
