Waking Night Shift Support Worker

About the Role: We’re currently recruiting for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated care team supporting vulnerable individuals during the night. This role involves staying awake throughout the shift to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of service users. Key Responsibilities: * Monitoring and supporting service users through the night * Assisting with personal care where required * Completing regular checks and recording observations * Responding promptly to any emergencies or support needs * Ensuring a calm, safe environment is maintained * Light domestic duties to prepare for the day shift Requirements: * Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable * Right to work in the UK * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) * Excellent communication and observational skills * A calm, reassuring presence and ability to work independently Why Join Us? * Weekly pay * Flexible shifts * Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant * Opportunities for ongoing training and development
