We are currently partnering with a leading fit-out Main Contractor specialising in Offices, Higher Education and Science Facilities. Having demonstrated huge success across London they are now seeking to further expand their team with a Visualiser in Central London.
Responsibilities
- 3D Modelling & Rendering – Creates high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and animations to bring design concepts to life for client presentations and project approvals.
- Concept Development & Design Interpretation – Translates architectural drawings, mood boards, and design briefs into visually compelling representations.
- Material & Lighting Simulation – Accurately represents textures, materials, and lighting conditions to showcase realistic interior and exterior finishes.
- Collaboration with Design & Project Teams – Works closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure visual outputs align with project requirements.
- Presentation & Marketing Support – Produces visuals for client pitches, marketing materials, and stakeholder presentations to enhance project communication and engagement.

- Must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have 1+ years’ main contractor experience
