CNC Precision are currently recruiting a Cylindrical Grinder / Universal Grinder Salary £17.00 – £18.00 Per Hour, Plus Overtime & Benefits High Wycombe We are looking for a Cylindrical Grinder to join our team. Time served Manual Cylindrical Grinder and Universal Grinder. Apprentice trained would be advantageous. Cylindrical Grinder – Experience of setting and operating Manual Jones & Shipman Uni/Surface-grinders. Cylindrical Grinder – * Be experienced in the tool selection, setting, and proving of operations following or instigating SOP instructions. * Be able to dress and rad form wheels. * Able to read and interpret from process or complex engineering drawings. * Meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of quality. * Have worked with a variety of materials. * Good problem-solving ability. * A high degree of understanding of fine tolerances (0.0002”/0.004mm), finishes(4micro/.1mm), compounded angles(15secs/.25deg). * Manufacturing/Motorsport/Aerospace background.j * Be able to communicate well and be part of a team. * Good understanding of associated inspection techniques / methods required to ensure component conformity. * You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this job.
