Kiln Operative Rugby Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (early finish on Fridays!) £12.50 per hour + overtime Full-Time, Temp to Perm Looking to get your foot in the door with a solid engineering company? They're looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and ready to learn. What's the job? You'll be trained to operate a kiln, building it, loading it, unloading it and using a kiln cart to move products in and out. There's a bit of manual work, some inspecting of parts and loads of support from a mentor who'll show you the ropes.
