Description Welcoming and directing visitors in a professional manner. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Handling basic inquiries and sorting daily mail. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Performing clerical duties, such as photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures. Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock. Assisting in the organization and scheduling of internal events.Profile A successful Temporary Receptionist should have: A good standard of education, ideally with qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
