6 - 12 months mat cover temp role for a leading US asset Management firm, based in St James - West End. We have an exciting new role for an assistant who will provide high-level PA support to 2 Portfolio Managers and a small team of Analysts. The client is a global AM and you will work alongside a fantastic professional team.
Ideally you will have previously worked in busy PA roles within Investment banking including IBD, Sales and Trading and other front office departments. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, who can learn on the job, is naturally organised, ambitious, and has excellent communication skills. You will be supporting a fast-paced team within a dynamic hedge fund environment, supporting highly intelligent individuals who require high levels of support and standards at all times!
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as an assistant in a fast-paced role/firm, in top-tier investment banking, or in a private equity firm. Corporate Access experience could also be handy.
You will be organising calendars, answering calls, sending emails, expenses, and administration and will grow into a PA position. You will be supporting a busy team, so you must be able to pick things up quickly; you will have advanced IT skills and have previously used Microsoft Office.
The working hours for this role are 7.30 - 8am—5pm, with the flexibility of working from home for one day. The company boasts an impressive office space in the heart of the West End.
