We are working with a leading organisation seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to take ownership of their telecoms and contact centre platforms. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, management, and support of cloud-based telecommunication environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud-based telecoms platforms, including account setup, call flow management, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement contact centre solutions, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Collaborate with platform providers to maintain relationships and review licensing.
- Plan for system expansions and ensure infrastructure scalability.
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity measures.

About You
- Experience in managing cloud-based contact centre environments (Microsoft Teams and Content Guru).
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies (SIP, ISDN) and network hardware.
- Familiarity with MS Active Directory, Windows Server, and Hyper-V (desirable).
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a team.
- A full UK driving licence is required as travel to regional offices may be necessary.
