The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Technical Trainer to join a leading provider of engineering safety services. This role focuses on delivering training across a range of engineering safety topics, such as Risk Assessment, PUWER, and CE Marking. Full training will be provided, so prior industry knowledge is not essential—what matters most is your ability to effectively deliver engaging training sessions.

The Role

  • Deliver training in engineering safety to various industries
  • Develop and maintain course materials
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for safety assessments across the UK and Europe
  • Provide technical support and report non-compliance with industry standards

Desired Experience (Not Essential):

  • Familiarity with engineering safety regulations and standards
  • Experience in risk assessments and functional safety/control systems
  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic installations

Key Skills:

  • Ability to deliver engaging training
  • Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Qualifications (Not Essential):

  • Teaching qualifications (e.g., CAVA, PTLLS)
