Alliance Personnel are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join one of their clients in assembly department as a team leader. Key Duties: * To lead and guide a team of assembly workers, ensuring they meet production targets, * To maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols. * To coordinate daily production activities, * To provide training and support, * To be involved in process improvements * Carry out assembly work as part of the team * Communicate clearly with the team and management * Use basic IT systems to record data and follow instructions Requirements: * Previous experience in an assembly role * Ability to lead a team or step into a supervisory position * High level of spoken and written English * Basic computer skills * Good attention to detail and communication skills 39hrs per week Temp – Perm
