Salary: £13.69 PAYE £14.69 Umbrella

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Mon – Fri 9-5

Preferred Requirements:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing 1:1 support at least once a week.
  • Developing and facilitating groups and activities for clients.
  • Collaboratively developing support plans and working creatively with clients.
  • Helping clients to develop new skills and regain independence, as well as support with social inclusion.
  • Maximise services users income, reduce debt, and support to manage finances.
  • Supporting the housing team through building compliance checks i.e. health & safety, fire, and water.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in social care, mental health, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a supported housing or similar community-based setting.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
