A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Slough is currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising supply chain processes and driving operational excellence.
In addition, you will:
- Coordinate and optimise logistics processes with 3PL partners
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand as well as ensure proper documentation for all materials
- Analyse bookings, material availability and production schedules
- Handle claims and queries, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on daily operational issues
