What You Will Do:

• Manage the end-to-end supply of component parts for pre-production vehicle builds in both UK and international manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide quotations, and raise orders.
• Work alongside the logistics partner to oversee outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including supply chain management, finance, and programme teams, to meet project objectives.
• Track and monitor order statuses, providing regular updates to customers and addressing any issues proactively.
• Support the Release & Follow-Up team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A results-driven mindset with the tenacity to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
• Previous experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or project management is preferred but not essential.
• Experience of Project Management and systems experience, particularly SAP.
