About the Role: We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and experienced Pub Supervisor to join a lively, customer-focused team in Banbury. In this hands-on role, you’ll help lead day-to-day operations, support the management team, and ensure guests enjoy top-notch service every time they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and high standards
