Social Value Advisor

Are you an experienced within either Community Engagement Advisor or Social Value Advisor, or Marketing Assistant, looking to fast track their career? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading regional contractor as a Social Value Advisor within their established social value team, overseeing exciting schemes across the Southwest region, ranging from £50K – £15M. Preferably you will come from a construction or public sector background with experienced within a similar position. Duties include: Supporting and fulfilling clients' contents requests Attending regular meetings with local councils, neighbourhoods, and business with regards to on-going projects Highlight career opportunities and produce initiatives within schools, colleges, etc driving and promoting careers in construction Driving and implementing company incentives and programmes, promoting the work of the business Hosting equality, diversity, and inclusion events The nature of this role will call upon strong social, people and communication skills. An ambitious nature and self-motivated attitude are essential as you will be responsible for covering up to 6 schemes by yourself and reporting into the Social Value Manager.
