We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and green spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of gardening tasks to ensure our grounds are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

  • Be confident using all garden maintenance power and hand tools including mowing, hedgecutting, strimming, blowing, pruning etc.
  • Have good plant knowledge.
  • Have previous experience on a garden maintenance round and confidence to lead.
  • Be confident and enjoy communicating with customers.
  • Take lead of your round and plan ahead to keep the gardens in good condition.
  • Able to organize your van, materials needed and tools.
  • Have a good knowledge of tasks in gardens at the correct times and able to plan tasks to keep gardens in pristine condition.
  • Have good time management skills.

This role is for a full-time position with 28 days paid holiday. Our hours are 08:00 - 16:30 - Monday to Friday. (Meet at 7.30am) We also offer paid weekend overtime.

My client currently tends for over 150 customers, both domestic and commercial. Our young, energetic but highly experienced teams ensure that our clients' gardens are looking at their best. Regular garden maintenance, pruning, seasonal planting, disease control and fertilizer treatments are just a few of the services we offer.

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
