Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in earthworks or groundworks? We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects. This is a long term project until 2027.
You’ll be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
Requirements:- Proven experience in earthworks or groundworks.
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – Essential.
- Valid First Aid certificate – Essential.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are carried out to specification.
