Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor Salary: £200 – £250 per day CIS Location: London Our client seeks an experienced Site Supervisor for a DWP building refurbishment. The project is fast-paced, focused on rip-outs (ceilings, flooring) and extensive decoration. Responsibilities: Supervise/coordinate site activities, ensuring safe, quality completion per schedule. Manage on-site teams/subcontractors for efficient workflow. Conduct inspections, identify issues, and implement solutions. Enforce H&S regulations. Hold meetings, toolbox talks, and maintain records. Liaise with stakeholders on progress. Manage materials/logistics. Ensure work per specifications. Resolve on-site issues, escalating as needed. Maintain a clean, safe environment. Requirements: Valid Gold CSCS card. Proven Site Supervisor experience. Extensive knowledge of rip-out and decoration. Strong understanding of H&S. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings. SMSTS qualification.
