We are seeking an organised and proactive Construction Site Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of a busy construction site. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of site documentation, compliance, and communication between the site team and head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site-related documentation including drawings, permits, health & safety records, and timesheets
- Maintain accurate records of site activity, deliveries, and attendance logs
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding documentation and schedules
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items
- Support site management with administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensure compliance with site and company procedures and protocols
- Order and track site supplies as needed
- Update and maintain filing systems both electronically and manually
Requirements:
