This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting customers and handling service enquiries Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs Communicating with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle Liaising with the workshop and parts department Upselling service plans, repairs, and additional work Ensuring manufacturer and dealership standards are consistently met What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer is essential Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task Familiarity with dealership systems such as Kerridge, CDK, or Pinnacle A proactive, positive attitude and a team player mentality What’s in It for You? £28,000 basic salary Uncapped bonus potential Full manufacturer training and career development 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays Company pension Staff discounts and employee benefits A supportive and professional working environment Location This role is based in Liverpool and is easily commutable from Birkenhead, Bootle, Prescot, St Helens, Wirral, and surrounding areas in Merseyside.
