The role:
- Change, incident and request management
- Collaborate with other service analysts to uphold agreed SLAs
- Support in quarterly reviews reporting on SLAs
- Make recommendations for continuous improvements to operational procedures
- Effectively manage and resolve technical escalations
- Server support, networking, backups and restores
- Fast resolution and fulfilment approach
- Site visits when required
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 4 years working in a Service Analyst role
- Active Directory, Windows 10, Intune, Office 365, GPO, SCCM
- Networking - WAN and LAN technologies
- Proficient in supporting a Microsoft environment - Windows Servers 10-19
- Scripting with PowerShell
- Worked in an ITIL driven, fast-paced environment
- Running Backups and Restores
- Strong people and communication skills
