Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of fertility treatments, including IVF cycles and patient management. Deliver empathetic, personalised care—supporting patients from initial consultation through to treatment planning and follow-up. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes. Actively engage in professional development and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practice.What We’re Looking For: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration. Proven experience in fertility nursing is essential. Ultrasound scanning experience is desirable—but full training can be provided. Open to both experienced Senior Fertility Nurses and those ready to step into a senior role. Backgrounds in both NHS and independent sector settings will be considered.What You’ll Receive: Competitive salary: £40,000–£45,000 (higher banding available for ultrasound-trained candidates). 32 days’ annual leave.
