Our client is seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Administration Officer to join their supportive school team on a long-term temporary basis. This is a key front-facing position as the first point of contact for the school. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, be sensitive to confidential matters, and maintain discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and external agencies
  • Handling administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Supporting financial processes within the school (training provided if needed)
  • Liaising with staff across all levels to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:
