Job Title: Sales Transaction Controller Location: Toyota, Sidcup Salary: £25k basic with bonus potential of £60k+. Hours: 8.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday with a set day of in the week. Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering a seamless customer journey? We’re looking for a Sales Transaction Controller to join our vibrant Toyota Sidcup dealership. This pivotal role ensures that all vehicle sales are processed smoothly, professionally, and with outstanding attention to detail. What You’ll Do: Manage and oversee the complete administration of vehicle sales transactions, from order through to delivery. Ensure all vehicle orders, finance documents, and customer paperwork are accurately processed and compliant. Liaise between the sales team as a 2nd face to finalise finance and upselling relevant products to customers. Reconcile vehicle stock, invoicing, and funding paperwork with precision. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, financial compliance, and dealership efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Sales Transaction Controller, Business Manager or similar is essential.  Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. A team player with a customer-focused approach. Confident in using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. Why Join?
