A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our independent client based in Bow, East London E3. At least 1 year of sales experience is a necessity, along with charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality which are the main requirements needed for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Canvassing activities to generate new business
- Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
- Learning how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and property lawyers
- Learning how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales and lettings process from offer to legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
- Following all legislation
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Achieving a reasonable sales and conversion rate
- Carrying out some sales progression
Hours: Monday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9.00am - 7.00pm & 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Friday. Two Saturdays off each month.
Salary: £25,000 pa basic salary. £55,000 - £60,000 OTE plus a car allowance of £4,800 pa. Must have own vehicle, some expenses covered.
