Sales Manager – Property – Up to £45k basic OTE 70k-£80k+ year 1 and opportunity to exceed this in year 2 Manchester City Centre – Prime central Manchester location in the heart of the city We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from a Property background with experience of managing and developing a team of Sales Negotiators within resale. This is a chance to truly make your mark and recruit and develop the best of the best with the aim of growing an industry leading resales operation. Previous experience as a Property/Resale Sales Manager is essential as you will be responsible to recruiting, coaching and developing your team to deliver the highest level of service and results in a fast paced Manchester market. You will be joining a business that has already built a strong name for itself within the Manchester and London markets and is currently one of Manchester’s leading lettings consultancies, working in close partnership with the high-profile developers and investors on the most desirable developments. Your team will operate in the same market, proactively taking exclusive resale stock to market for private buyers, investors/landlords.
