THE COMPANY

With a network of connections across gaming, anime, retail and festivals, this boutique business has cemented their place in the events industry for over 10 years. Their events attract audiences from across the globe and are the only business around who deliver this type of exhibition!

THE ROLE

Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their close-knit and friendly team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling stand-alone and shell scheme exhibition space
  • Building and developing relationships
  • Creating and maintaining useable and effective databases
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Taking briefs and pitching for new business
  • Upselling and cross selling additional services
  • Working closely with management to ensure sales strategies are in line with the marketing of the business
  • Attending industry networking events to meet new contacts and generate business
  • Working with the event director to lead the commercial/exhibitor content development of the event.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be from either an events agency or an exhibition organiser with an understanding of the events industry in a sales capacity. You will be highly organised, with a KPI-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
