Sales Executive - OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Description We are seeking a driven and confident sales executive to join our sales team in Bromley. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to break into the world of sales and develop their communication and persuasion skills. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases. * Promote and explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively. * Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. * Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent call schedule. * Record customer information and outcomes accurately in the CRM system. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Handle customer objections confidently and professionally. * Collaborate with senior sales reps and managers for training and support. Requirements * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. * Friendly, energetic, and persuasive personality. * Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily. * Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM software is a plus. * Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
