Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Bromsgrove – B60 Salary: To £26,000 plus uncapped earnings, realistic OTE £45k – £50k first year (this can be shown at interview) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm We are delighted to be supporting a well-established, family-owned business in the vehicle leasing sector that is currently going through an exciting period of growth. Operating as a credit brokerage, they are authorised by the FCA and are members of the BVRLA. In short, they connect finance companies, manufacturers, and supplying dealerships to offer customers a straightforward and easy leasing service. You’ll be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, following up on renewals, and reconnecting with lapsed customers – no cold calling involved. While this is a target-driven role, it’s a soft-sell environment focused on building lasting customer relationships.
