Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a fantastic client in the Mansfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Sales/Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service Advisor to join an established team and would suit an individual with previous Sales or Customer Service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with their enquiries and questions
- Dealing with customer returns and refunds, feeding back complaints to Line Manager
- Ensuring urgent orders are dispatched on time
- Coming up with ideas to improve sales in a proactive manner
- Increasing sales and monitoring those sales on a weekly basis
- Serving customers over the Counter
- Answering queries and questions
- Ensuring priorities are dealt with in the required order and being flexible when they change
- Improving customer experience and satisfaction whenever possible
- Display a confident telephone manner
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work one in two Saturdays on overtime
- Confident face-to-face with customers
- Confident over the phone
- You will be confident in your knowledge and ability to upsell products and services
- Be positive, with a can-do attitude
