Certain Advantage is hiring for Temp to Perm Sales Advisors based in Ormskirk. If you are a confident Sales Advisor who likes a team environment and is driven by a target-based environment, this is the role for you! Great rate of pay and a fantastic central location.

The Company: We're working with a business that's a leading Marketing client based in Ormskirk town centre. If you're looking to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive client that values its people, then this is a great sales opportunity if you are looking to build a career in sales.

The Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Executive to join their busy existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills, this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling warm leads
  • Generating appointments
  • Overcoming objections and closing sales
  • Working to daily calls targets and conversions each day

£13.18 an hour (£24,000 basic, plus uncapped commission). Shifts are working 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am-3.30pm (35 hours a week). Temp to perm contract. Great opportunity for role to go permanent. Start date Tuesday 22nd April 2025.

The Individual: Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Confident people that enjoy talking to people. Attention to detail. Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Money motivated. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficient in using CRM software.
