You will support and coach the team to ensure they deliver a great experience and are also driving any key targets such as add-on sales or promotions. This is an operational guest-facing role and therefore all non-guest facing tasks and activity will be allocated as time within your working week to allow you to spend the majority of your time within your venue and with our guests. This role covers a 40 hour, 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important. A variety of shift patterns between 6am - 3am.

As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader from within a volume-led or branded fast-food environment or similar that can support the team to deliver fantastic service. Putting the guests first in everything you do, you will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent experience.

You should have previous experience in leading within a volume-led restaurant or fast food environment where a balance of speed and quality is important. You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards. The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day.
