Resident Liaison Officer

18 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer. Key Responsibilities * The client’s main ethos is to strive in customer experience so Social Housing experience is essential. * To provide information and support for tenants whose homes are affected by major works. * Dealing with windows and doors and external decoration upgrades. * Works based within 4 mile radius * Working hours 8.00-17.00 * CSCS Card required Key Skills * The role is for a Resident Liaison Officer on a Social Housing externals project. The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes. The RLO will also deal with customer complaints etc and provide support to vulnerable residents. Full training will be provided (shadowing a current RLO). * As the role is customer facing, the role is full time on site. * Experience of working with vulnerable residents and adapting style to meet the specific needs of individuals * Experience of working within a customer services environment is essential * Full Clean Driving license * Flexibility regarding travel and working at various sites, and attendance at evening meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: £28,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday
