Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work from our office based in Halesowen covering the Worcestershire area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Option to be responsible for the resourcing, filling and account management OR focusing on the sales and account management of multiple clients across the Black Country area
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and workers
- Creating adverts and utilising job boards in order to attract suitable candidates
- Conducting both telephone and face-to-face registrations with candidates
- Management of temporary Industrial OR Logistics plans
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
