We are hiring for an Account Manager to join our award-winning Recruitment Agency, specialising in placing top-quality candidates into social care settings.
What You'll Do:- Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
- Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines
- Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network
- Work with the talent team to coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment
- Ensure relevant compliance documents are collated and processed
- Work with the team to fill bookings
- Ideally recruitment experience
- Graduate level or equivalent
- Someone that can demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn
- A candidate that is forthcoming and driven
- Enthusiasm and confidence
- A natural 'people person', someone that enjoys speaking to people and understands their needs
- A self-starter that can bring new ideas to the team!
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organised, proactive and can prioritise
- Experience within a social care role would also be beneficial!
