Key Responsibilities: Front-of-House: * Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. * Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries. * Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies. Administration: * Provide general administrative support to departments including data entry, filing, and document management. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. * Order office supplies and maintain stock levels. * Assist with invoice processing, petty cash, and basic financial admin. * Support with onboarding new starters and HR-related documentation when needed.
