CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join our team in Warrington.

The Role:

  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner, ensuring that they sign in accordingly.
  • Issue visitors passes in accordance with the client’s access control policy and procedures.
  • Provide refreshments for staff and visitors when entering the building and when required for meetings.
  • Carry out post room duties such as sorting/franking post, processing special deliveries & processing relay packages.
  • Report internally and externally. Give and receive constructive feedback successfully.
  • Raise facilities issues with the relevant teams.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills, and are proactive with problem solving. Receptionist experience is highly advantageous, but not necessary for this role.

  • 8am - 5pm
  • Site based
