Quality Manager - Care Homes

Job Title: Quality Manager – Care Home Location: Hythe Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time Hours: Monday- Friday, 9-5 Package: £40k-£45k + Annual bonus + Mileage Harry at Amber Mace is working with a well-established Care Home provider across the South East. Due to internal promotion they are now looking for a Quality Manager to play a pivotal part in maintaining the current high standards across the homes and the gradual improvement of the overall company. This is a company with resources available to make the necessary changes to allow you and the team to achieve Outstanding ratings and achievements across their homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Home Manager (with a RGN Pin) looking to step into a quality management role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the highest standards of care within the care home. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and compliance in all areas of care. Develop and implement quality improvement plans. Provide leadership and support to care home staff. Monitor and report on the performance of care services. Qualifications and Skills: Valid NMC / RGN Pin. Extensive experience in care home management. Exceptional knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Proven auditing experience within care homes. Full, clean driving license.- Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Car Driver and able to travel across the homes in the South East.
