Property Negotiator

Property Negotiator – Part Time Location : Kettering Hours : 20 hours per week Salary £15 per hour plus commission ( 10% commission on every property acquisition fee rendered ) Our client are a leading UK Rural Consultants, Chartered Surveyors, Agricultural Valuers, and Letting Agents who have a national reputation for assisting with diversification because of their expertise, experience, and extensive network of contacts. We are supporting them with their recruitment which is for a Part Time Property Negotiator. The role will be to assist the Senior Negotiator in purchasing residential investment properties with protected tenancies, for established retained clients with cash funds. To apply for this position, we require sales experience ideally within property sales. This position is performance related with sales targets to reach. You will need to be highly self-motivated with a proven track sales record and the ability to work under pressure. A high level of computer literacy, articulation, excellent communication skills, disciplined approach, meticulous organised and with a high attention to detail as you will be reporting to clients.
