As a Property Investment Consultant, you will qualify new clients, manage existing clients, understand their criteria, and match their criteria with one of our listed properties with the hope of generating sales. The candidate will also be working with property investors, understanding their investment trends and finding the best high yielding properties within our portfolio to offer them.
- Qualify new warm leads
- Learn and understand each development
- Negotiate sales of residential property
- Negotiate the selling of property for investment purposes
- Conduct viewings of residential property to prospective buyers
- Convert viewings to offers
- Conduct over the phone sales for international buyers
